A TAVERNA D’O CUZZETIELLO – O’ Cuzzetiello (piece of bread) is a cornerstone of the true traditional Neapolitan cuisine. On Sunday mornings, as every Neapolitan knows, while genovese or ragù sauces are almost ready, slice “o’ cuzzetiello” from your bread and dip it in the pot where the sauces are still pappuliando (gently boiling). You couldn’t call it Sunday without a cuzzetiello of the typical crusty bread dipping in a fine ragù sauce.
